Kelly Hermans, CRNA
Founder of Beautiphi Aesthetics
Kelly Hermans is the founder of Beautiphi Aesthetic Boutique and Beautiphi Academy. She is a certified registered nurse anesthetist and a nationally known injector and trainer specializing in non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation. She has trained under some of the best injectors in the country and is proud to share her knowledge. Her passion for aesthetics, patient safety, and teaching is evident as soon as you meet her. In addition to her extensive anatomy knowledge and expertise in anesthesia, she provides comfortable face and body injections for her patients. She’s certified by the Cellular Medicine Association in the Vampire Facial and Facelift procedures, and hair regrowth treatment.

Stacey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Oakland University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Health Science and Nursing before obtaining her Master’s in Nursing. She was a Beautiphi patient for three years before joining the team as an aesthetic injector and laser specialist. She loves a challenge and also works in a cardiology office that specializes in electrophysiology.
Stacey has been passionate about beauty since her teenage years and spent over seven years working in the beauty industry before joining Beautiphi. She obtained her novice and advanced aesthetic training under Kelly Hermans and is now a hands-on trainer for other aspiring injectors who travel to Beautiphi Academy.

Insula's founder, Ashley, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She earned her Doctorate at Rush University with Summa Cum Laude honors and is the recipient of the prestigious Agatha Hodgins award. Ashley's background as an anesthesia provider has provided her with expert injection skills, advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and practiced commitment to patient education and safety.
Ashley, an Energy Based Device educator for Beautiphi Academy, and an educator and mentor for aesthetic injectors across the country.

Madi Sommer, RN

Rohrer Aesthetics
Madison Sommer started her career as a critical care nurse in cardiac and labor and delivery and moved on to aesthetics in the plastic surgery space. Madison then joined Rohrer Aesthetics in 2021 as a clinical educator and was then appointed Medical Affairs Specialist. She works with customers, trainers and company leadership to forward clinical education and training for Rohrer customers.
